One of the most interesting things I've observed nearly a full year into hosting my sustainable fashion office hours sessions, is just how many of the questions that come up each month are so very similar.

There are of course variations, and there are thematic discussions relative to what particular topic within the industry individuals are interested in exploring at any given time (lots on circularity, innovation, post growth theory and beyond). But, when it comes to talking about careers in this space, there are some key points I can bank on in nearly every call.
